Returns policy

Any orders can be returned and will will be returned in full within 14 days of order. The right to a full refund ends after the 14 day period after the order. To return an order you must notify BW-Restaurants unambiguously (e.g. email, mail) before the end of the 14 day period.

If you cancel this agreement we will return all charged funs immediately and without hesitation with 30 days of notification of cancelation. We will return funds using method used for original payment agreed otherwise with consumer. The funds will will be transferred back without expense to consumer.


The delivery time is usually 3-5 business days from the time of purchase. All orders are sent as registered letters. Note that the registered letter can only be redeemed by the named receiver.  In case of delayed delivery time we will notify the buyer and at that time the buyer has an option to cancel or change the order. Bank holidays can cause delays in delivery times. Information about these anomalous delivery times is posted on the website. Itella will send notice of arrival via sms in addition electronic advice of arrival.

When we receive your order we will send you an e-mail with an order confirmation. Save this confirmation until you have received your order.

Domestic parcel: 10 €

It is also possible to retrieve the letter or parcel directly from restaurant at no cost


Any order can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact us if you wish to return after the return period. You may return the order in regular mail for free by marking the envelope ASIAKASPALAUTUS.

We do not accept returns on cash on delivery orders. The returned good need to be unused.

If you cancel this agreement we will return all charged funs immediately and without hesitation with 30 days of notification of cancelation, which is the time period specified in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If you have not received the within the 30 day period please contact our customer support.

Payments by Luottokunta

If you would like to pay by Luottokunta payment methods, BW-Restaurants Oy will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. Complaints and claims for compensation are to be made to BW-Restaurants Oy. Complaints and claims for compensation can also be handled by Paytrail Oyj

With regard to payments made by Luottokunta payment methods, Paytrail Oyj acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Paytrail Oyj is also the recipient of the payment.
